Returns:
All new products usually carry a 12 Month warranty against defects and maybe returned for replacement, repair or refund at our discretion. General ware and tare is not covered. Some manufacturers (some monitors and storage drives for example) have a 36 Months warranty and should, if needed, be returned to the manufacturer if a breakdown occurs between the 12 Months 1 day and 36 Months from date of purchase. You may have filled in and registered the product when you purchased it.
Remote support sessions are not returnable or refundable.

This site is hosted on GoDaddy secure servers. Our administration also uses two form factor authentication. All of our Office computers are also password/pin protected.

No, however you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time. You can also have us remove your details at any time. Please contact us with your request.
What are your data retention policies?
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
We do have a customer database to which your details are entered for reference in the future. i.e. When you call again 6 months down the road, we should know what the last product or service we did for you. As above you can request this information is removed, just contact us and let us know.
How can I opt out of marketing communications?
If you do not wish to receive any marketing emails from us, you can just let us know via our contact page. We will endeavour to stop the emails as soon as possible.
